Moving from Canada to Amsterdam as an expat brought major changes to my diet and lifestyle.

Living abroad opened my eyes to new ways of nourishing my body and embracing a balanced, healthy life. As I approach 40, I noticed shifts in my gut and hormone health and my ability to regulate my nervous system that prompted me to dig deeper into my own well-being. Committed to feeling vibrant and youthful for years to come, I’ve worked hard to maintain my health and vitality. Now, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and help you on your journey to feeling your best!

From my wellness journey to yours.

I’ve tried nearly every way of eating out there—from plant-based to animal-based, high-fat to high-carb, restrictive to intuitive. Many of these left my gut feeling off and my hormones out of balance. Through my own journey, I discovered a balanced way of eating that’s free from restriction and perfectly aligned with my body’s needs. Now, I enjoy vibrant energy, balanced hormones, and a healthy gut, and I’m passionate about helping other women find their unique path to feeling great in their bodies, too.

The heart behind my practice

Meet Devon Guy - dedicated Dietitian and Certified Transformational Coach with a profound passion for helping others unlock their full potential and live their best lives. Her journey into nutrition and wellness began during her time in the fashion industry as a model, where she witnessed the negative impact of societal pressures to remain thin. This experience fueled her commitment to promoting a healthy and positive relationship with food, free from extreme restrictions and rigid diets.

Devon earned her Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences with a specialization in Dietetics from McGill University. Her career began in chronic disease management, where she gained invaluable insight into how the food environment influences behavior, often leading to unhealthy lifestyles and nutrition-related chronic diseases. Determined to make a difference in public health and nutrition, Devon went on to complete a Master of Public Health specializing in Health Promotion studies from the University of Alberta. Her work in community health promotion focused on developing and evaluating Indigenous school nutrition programs and community-based diabetes prevention and management programs.

In addition to her extensive background in healthcare and nutrition, Devon is a Certified Personal Development Coach with a deep understanding of the science of human behaviour. Her expertise in this area allows her to effectively address the root causes of self-sabotage and other behavioural patterns that hinder personal growth and the creation of sustainable lifestyle changes.

Devon offers a comprehensive approach to personal development. She helps clients identify and overcome limiting beliefs, build sustainable habits, and achieve lasting transformation. Her ability to connect with clients on a deep level and provide actionable strategies makes a significant impact on their lives, empowering them to reach their full potential and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Drawing from her personal journey of overcoming hormone and gut health issues, Devon now provides functional testing to help clients pinpoint the root causes of their symptoms. By integrating her expertise in holistic and functional nutrition—with a focus on hormone and gut health—alongside her coaching skills, she offers a comprehensive approach to address and resolve health challenges.
